1985 - 1987

My teaching career began in Kingston Jamaica where I taught second through fifth grade in the public and private school system where I have gained my vast knowledge and experience in teaching. I experience great satisfaction upon seeing the achievement of the young ones who I had helped to mold.

For the past five years I have been privileged to be the fifth grade math teacher at B.T.W. It has been challenging and rewarding.

I am Joyce Spencer a proud native of the beutiful island Jamaica. I migrated ti the United States in 2004 and have found residence here in the peaceful countryside Elizabethtown, Nor th Carolina. I am the proud parent of my lovely daughter Andrianna, who is a 10th grader at East Bladen HIgh School. I have been a part of this noble profession for the past 20 years. I express thanks to Dr.Kelly for offering me the job as a fifth grade math teacher at B.T.W. Where I am given the opportunity to offer my service to the future leaders of this nation.
